How I work with you

If you have a PC and an on-line connection, most of the information can be sent via e-mail. However, if you do not have a PC or an on-line connection, information can be transferred using:

  • Mail

  • Telephone

  • Fax

Commonly for information sent via mail, it is practical for the information to be stored on CDs or DVDs. Again, for those people without PCs, information can be transferred via written documents.

If you are away (holiday, business trip, etc), it would be natural to have any incoming mail forwarded to the VA's address. In addition, a VA would be able to access your PC from their office so that they can update information where and when necessary.
